Double Chocolate chip apricot brownies

Ingredients

20 pieces
  1. 250 gbutter
  2. 1/2 cupcocoa powder
  3. 1 1/2 cupswhite sugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1 tspvanilla essence
  6. 1 cupplain flour
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 4dried apricots chopped
  9. 1/4 cupchocolate chips
  10. Icing sugar for dusting (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 180c bake. Line a pan with non-stick baking paper.

    Melt the butter in a large saucepan, then once melted mix in cocoa powder.

    Remove from heat, and stir in the white sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.

    Add eggs, thoroughly stirring in each, then add in vanilla extract.

    Sift in flour and baking powder and fold them in to combine.

  6. 6

    Add in chocolate chips and the apricots. Pour into pre prepared tin.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning around at the 15 minute mark.
    Cut into 20 pieces dust with a small amount of icing sugar and ENJOY.
