  1. 50 gunsalted butter
  2. 60 gicing sugar
  3. 20 gbeaten egg
  4. 100 gcake flour
  5. 10 gcocoa powder
  6. 2 gbaking powder
  7. 100 gchocolate chunks

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 170ºC

    Melt butter in a microwave for 40-50 seconds. Add icing sugar, beaten egg and mix well.

    Sift and add cake flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and mix well.

    Add chocolate chunk. Rest the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.

    Roll onto 3 cm balls and place on prepare pan, flatten tops slightly with your fingers.

    Bake at 170ºC for 18 minutes
