  1. Stuffing:-
  2. 2 tbsp semolina,
  3. 1/2 cupdry fruits,
  4. 2 tbsp cardamom powder,
  5. 2 tbspghee,
  6. 2 tbsp sugar,
  7. Dough
  8. 1 cup all-purpose flour,
  9. 2 tbspghee,
  10. Pinchsalt

    Stuffing:- Heat ghee, add semolina and fry it for some time on low flame.

    When it turns light red, add dry fruits, roast for some time, add cardamom powder and mix, when it cools down add sugar and mix.

    Dough:- Mix flour with salt and ghee and make a hard dough with the help of water. Keep covered for 30 minutes. Roll out small puris and put the stuffing in half, apply water on the edge with a finger or brush and cover it with half and seal the edges with a fork.

    Put in hot oil and fry on medium flame till golden brown. Serve hot.
