Cooking Instructions

Gather all your ingredients and turn on the oven to preheat in the maximum heat from the top...

While preheating the oven wash the shrimps and let them dry. Cut the tomatoes in half and spray some cooking oil on them. Bake them on the top rack for 15 minutes. I am doing this step to add a "roasted" flavor to the whole thing...

In a hot pan, fry the shrimp a little bit then add the chopped red onions, salt and pepper. Then add the cream and the skin of the baked tomatoes...cook until the cream dries up a bit.

Mash the skinned tomatoes with a fork and add it to the cream. Add the garlic and cook until the whole thing dries up a bit

Turn of the cooked and mix the noodles into the sauce. Chop up the parsley leaves for garnish.

Add slices of lemons.
