Ingredients

  1. 200 gmCottage cheese
  2. 200 gmSpinach (palak)
  3. 2 tablespoonMaida
  4. 1 teaspoonBlack pepper
  5. 1 teaspoonChat masala
  6. 2 tablespoonGaram masala powder
  7. 1 bowlOnion paste -
  8. 1 tablespoonGinger garlic paste-
  9. 1 small bowlTomato puree.-
  10. 3 tablespoonCurd
  11. 1 tablespoonCream
  12. 1 bowlVegetable oil
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  15. 1 tablespoonKashmiri Red chilli powder-
  16. 1/2 bowlCorn flour
  17. 1 tablespoonCoriander n cumin powder-

Cooking Instructions

    First of all, take mashed paneer. Add boiled spinach leaves.

    Then add salt, pepper, maida n chat masala in it.

    Mix well n make dough. Make small balls out of it n roll into corn flour.

    Now fry this balls. Kofta balls are ready. Keep this aside

    Now we will prepare gravy. For this take 4 to 5 tablespoon of oil in a kadai.

    Once oil gets heated, add ginger garlic paste. Fry for a while.

    Then add onion paste n fry till golden brown. Then add tomato puree.
    Cook for a while.

    Now add coriander, cumin powder, garam masala n cook for a while, till oil gets seprated.

    Now add turmeric, chilli powder n beaten curd n salt into the gravy. Finally add cream.

    Now put this gravy over prepared koftas n serve.
