  1. 1 cupsuji/rava(baarik)
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupghee/clarified butter
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. 1 cupwater
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 1 tbspchopped cashew nuts and almonds,
  8. 1 tspraisins

    Heat up a sauce pan add in tbsp of ghee add suji, roast it nicely on low flame until you get good aroma.. take it out..

    Add 1cup of water, 1cup of milk to the same sauce pan, bring it to boil,reduce the flame to low.. add in remaining ghee, sugar, mix well add suji,stir continuously,until it thickens, finally add cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits and raisins mix well... And it's done...
