Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPaneer grated
  2. 2onions medium sized chopped
  3. 2tomatoes chopped
  4. 3chillies chopped
  5. Whole Spices
  6. 1 tspJeera
  7. 2 big Cardamom
  8. 1/2 inch cinnamon Stick
  9. 2bay leaves
  10. some javitri small piece
  11. Dry Spices
  12. 1 tsp eachHaldi, dhaniya, red chilli & Garam Masala Powder
  13. as requiredSalt & oil as per need

Cooking Instructions

    First of all grate the Paneer. Now take the mustard oil in a kadahi and add jeera, bay leaf, big cardamom, javitri and cinnamon stick

    Now add chopped onion and fry till it translucent. Afterwards afterwards and dry spices like Dhanya powder haldi powder red chilli powder and Garam Masala.

    Now add chopped green chillies and chopped tomatoes to it and fry them well.

    Now add half cup of water to it and cover with lid for 2 minutes followed by adding grated paneer.

    Now at the last add salt to taste and again cover it & cook it for 3 - 4 minutes.
    The very delicious & Nutricious Paneer Bhurji is ready. Garnish with green chillies.
