  2. 1/2 cupSpinach (paalak)
  3. 1 tspCumming seed
  4. 1Green chilli chopped
  5. 1/4 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. as per taste Salt

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients & make a hard dough cover & keep aside fr 15 mnt

    Divide dough in balls & roll it, spread oil & make square shape. Sprinkle wheat flour & roll it in a square shape

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil & fry the paratha. Serve with chutney, pickle & Mayyonnise
