Besan Ladoo (Chickpea Flour Ladoo) Besan Ladoo (Chickpea Flour Ladoo)
Besan ladoo is a very popular sweet in India. Whether it's a festival or any special occasion, it's almost always made. It's also a great sweet to take along when traveling. My son and I both love besan ladoo. I add a little wheat flour to the besan, which gives the ladoo a slightly grainy texture and keeps it from sticking to your mouth.
