For aloo, filling Take a pan and heat 2 tsp oil and splutter mustard seeds
Add a pinch of hing and a few curry leaves.
Also add garlic, chili, coriander, and saute well. - 2
Now add turmeric powder and stir
add boiled and mashed potato and salt too. - 3
Mix well making sure all the spices are combined well with potato.

Turn off the flame and let the mix cool.
Take two bread slices and butter them. - 5
Now take a sandwich maker. Keep one bread slice(buttered side down)
Put 2-3 tbsp potato filling and cover with the other bread slice (buttered side up) - 6
Take it out when done and serve it hot with green chutney and garam garam chai.
