Egg Appe / Egg Bites is very easy to make and very tasty and can be served as a snack or breakfast or lunch box recipe.
Cooking Instructions

Beat eggs in a bowl. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, garam masala, salt and again whisk it well. Then add onion, tomato, carrot, coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat appe/ paniyaram pan. Put a few drops of oil in the holes of the pan and grease it. Next pour 1 tbsp egg batter into each mould.

Cover and cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes, then turn each appe to the other side with a fork or spoon. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 to 45 seconds or until cooked through.

When cooked, remove from the pan with a spoon and serve warm with chili oregano sauce.
