  1. 500 gramssteamed rice (500 gram nasi)
  2. 150 gramssalmon fillet, cubed. Rub with pinch of salt and pepper. (taburi dengan garam lada putih, (150 gram ikan salmon, potong dadu)
  3. 3eggs, beaten with pinch of salt and pepper ( 3 butir telur, campur dengan sedikit garam dan bubuk lada putih
  4. 1carrot, grated (1 buah wortel, parut)
  5. 50 gramscabbage, shredded (50 gram kubis, iris halus)
  6. 3 clovesgarlic, finely chopped (3 siung bawang putih, rajang halus)
  7. 3 clovesshallots, thinly sliced (3 siung bawang merah, iris halus)
  8. 1scallion (1 batang daun bawang)
  9. 2 teaspoonfresh basil leaves: finely chopped (2 sendok teh daun basil, iris halus)
  10. 1/2onion, finely chopped (1/2 bawang bombay, rajang halus)
  11. 1/2 teaspoonmushroom seasoning powder (1/2 sendok teh bubuk kaldu jamur)
  12. 2 teaspoonsoy sauce (2 sendok teh kecap asin)
  13. 1 teaspoonfish sauce (1 sendok teh kecap ikan)
  14. 1/2 teaspoonwhite ground pepper (1/2 sendok teh bubuk lada putih)
  15. 1/4 teaspoonchili pepper flakes, to taste (1/4 bubuk cabai kasar, sesuai selera)

Cara Membuat

    In a big frying pan, pour 2 tablespoon vegetable oil and fry the salmon for 2 minutes. Put aside. (Dalam wadah penggorengan ukuran besar, tuang 2 sendok makan minyak sayur, masak salmon selama 2 menit. Sisihkan)

    In the same pan, add 2 more tablespoon oil, then crumble the eggs. Put aside. (Dalam penggorengan yang sama, tuang 2 sendok makan minyak sayur, dan orak-arik telur. Sisihkan)

    Still in the same pan, pour 2 more tablespoon vegetable oil, sauté garlic, shallots and onion until fragrant. (masih dalam penggorengan yang sama, tuang 2 sendok makan minyak sayur, tumis bawang putih, bawang merah dan bawang bombay sampai wangi)

    Add in cabbage and carrots, cook for 1 minute, then add in soy sauce, pepper, mushroom seasoning powder, salt, fish sauce. Mix well. (Masukkan kubis dan wortel, masak selama 1 menit, kemudian tambahkan kecap asin, kecap ikan, bubuk kaldu jamur dan bubuk lada putih. Aduk rata)

    Add in steam rice. Mix well for 2-3 minutes on a medium heat. (masukkan nasi, aduk dan masak selama 2-3 menit di atas api sedang)

    Add in the salmon and the crumble eggs. then add in scallions, basil leaves and chili pepper flakes. Adjust the flavor to suit your taste. (Masukkan salmon dan telur orak arik p, kemudian masukkan daun bawang, daun basil dan bubuk cabai kasar. Koreksi rasa)

    Sprinkle with parsley and garnish with sliced cucumber. Enjoy😋😋 (tabur daun parsley dan hias dengan potongan timun. Selamat Makan 😋😋)
