Ingredients

  1. 1large potato
  2. 2 tbsp curd
  3. 4 tbsp almonds powder
  4. as neededOil for cooking
  5. 1medium size onion
  6. 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
  7. as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing
  8. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspGinger-garlic paste
  11. to taste Salt
  12. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  13. 1 tspGaram masala spices

    First fry onion to golden brown in same oil add solid garam masala 1 cinnamon stick, cardamom 4, cloves 4

    Just stirr two minutes and add ginger garlic paste fry a little and then add almonds powder and curd paste and all spices fry well on simmer flame till it leaves oil

    Then add potatoes chopped in any shape u like i did round

    Gradually add a glass of water then add kasuri methi coriander for garnish lemon juice boli it for 10 minutes then take it off from the stove

    Done u are good to go have it with rice or chapati
