Cooking Instructions

Soak urad dal for 1 hr. Grind to a fine batter. Make vadas. Drop them in buttermilk. Let them soak for 10mn.

When dropping next batch of vadas remove these soaked vada. Squeeze n take out. Add grated coconut, carrot n ground chillies to curd. Whisk. Add salt. Add seasoning. Before serving add vadas to curd let them be for 5mn n serve by adding more curd on top.
