  1. 5-6boiled potatoes
  2. 4-5green chillies
  3. 1 tbspginger - garlic paste
  4. 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tsproasted jeera powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 1 tspchaat masala
  10. 1 tspaamchur powder
  11. 2 tbspcorn flour
  12. as required Oil for shallow frying

    Boil the potatoes. Peel it and smash the potatoes.

    Now add all the ingredients mentioned above.

    Mix well. Divide it equal portions, make balls and then flatten them.

    Now in a pan add some oil and roast it on both sides till crispy

    Serve it with the choice of your chutney or sauce.
