Vanilla fruit Custard
Cooking Instructions

Take all ingredients. Take a heavy bottom kadhai or wok add milk., take out 3 tablespoon milk from this into a small bowl.and add the custard powder in it. Mix well, make sure there has no lumps in it.⁶

Let's bring to boil the milk.when it started boiling add sugar and boil it until sugar has completely dissolved. Now Keep the flame on a low and then add the custard paste.keep stirring to avoid making any lumps

Cook it on low flame for 4-5 minutes when it consistency become thick turn the flame off. Let it cool at room temperature.
Meanwhile chopped the fruits. Pour the prepared custard into a serving bowl. - 4
When it completely cool add chopped fruits. Give it a nice mix. Keep the bowl in refrigerator and chill for 2 hours or more.
Once the custard has chilled, serve it.
