Cooking Instructions

Take the sabudana in a grinding jar and grind into coarsely. Take boiled and mashed potatoes add ground sabudana mix it.
- 2
Add all spices,ground peanuts,reen chillies and coriander leaves.mix them nicely and make cutlets from it.
- 3
Take a pan add some oil and shallow fry these cutlets on medium flame from both side until they turn golden and crisp. Transfer into absorbing paper and serve with sauce or chutney.
