Ingredients

45 minutes
6 servings
  1. 300 gmself raising flour
  2. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  3. 2whole passion fruit
  4. 1/2Pradip passion fruit flavour
  5. 2eggs
  6. 200 gmsugar
  7. 115 gmmargarine
  8. 1 tbspoil
  9. 200 mlbuttermilk

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 180°c, prepare baking tin size 8, sieve the flour

  2. 2

    Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy, add the oil and continue mixing

  3. 3

    Add in the eggs one at a time.,add the passion fruit pulp plus flavour, Add the flour and buttermilk and mix in well but don't over mix

  4. 4

    Pour into the baking tin and bake for 40+50 minutes, middle rack until ready

  5. 5

    Cool down with a couple of hours, frost with whipped cream.
