Homemade Kalakand

Kalakand is delicious and flavoureful sweet dish made with milk and it's popular in every part of India. I made this sweet with the available ingredients at home.
Cooking Instructions

In a nonstick skillet, add ghee, milk, fresh Chena and milk powder.

Mix well everything. Switch on the flame and on low heat, mix the ingredients continuously with a spatula for 7-10 minutes.

Then add saffron strands, sugar and cook, stirring without stopping. Add crushed cardamom seeds and mix nicely.

Grease a glass bowl and set it. Garnish with chopped pista and allow to set for an hour before cutting and serving.
