Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 2 Tspghee
  2. 1/4 cupmilk
  3. 1/2 cuphomemade Chena, crumbled
  4. 1/2 cupmilk powder
  5. 2-3 Tbspsugar
  6. strandsSome saffron
  7. 1/2 Tspcrushed cardamom seeds
  8. 2 Tbspchopped pista to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a nonstick skillet, add ghee, milk, fresh Chena and milk powder.

    Mix well everything. Switch on the flame and on low heat, mix the ingredients continuously with a spatula for 7-10 minutes.

    Then add saffron strands, sugar and cook, stirring without stopping. Add crushed cardamom seeds and mix nicely.

    Grease a glass bowl and set it. Garnish with chopped pista and allow to set for an hour before cutting and serving.
