  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 2 tbsponion (finely chopped)
  6. 2 tbsptomato (finely chopped)
  7. 1green chilli (finely chopped)
  8. 2 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  9. as per needed Oil for roasting chilla

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, in a large bowl take 1 cup suji and 1/2 cup curd, 1/2tsp salt and water mix well.

    Mix well without forming any lumps.

    Rest for 20 minutes or till suji smells completely

    Further add 2tbsp onion, 2 tbsp tomato, 1green chilli,2tbsp coriander leaves.

    Mix well and add water if required to get thick flowing consistency batter.

    Now grease the dosa pan with oil and spread a ladleful of batter thickly.

    Pour 1/2 to 1 tsp of oil around the edges.

    Cover and cook the chilla for 2 min Or till gets cooked well.

    Flip over and press gently making sure chilla gets cooked from both sides

    Continue to summer for another minutes or till chilla gets cooked completely.

    Finally serve suji chilla with green chutney, tomato sauce or as it is
