Most people don't realize how much food they throw away every day — from uneaten leftovers to spoiled produce to parts of fruits and vegetables that could be eaten or repurposed.

Preventing food from going to waste is one of the easiest and most powerful actions you can take to save money and lower your climate change footprint by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and conserving natural resources.

I had some leftover Chapati. I decided to make Manchurian out of them. This came so tasty and tasted just the same as the regular Manchurians. And that too in just 20 minutes. My family didn't even notice the makeover recipe and loved it .

Don't you want to surprise your loved ones too with this leftover recipe? Do try it and you are not only making a bit for climate change but will also be loving your loved ones hearts too.
