  2. 4 spoongram flour
  3. as per taste Salt
  4. as per taste Red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 spoonGaram masala
  6. 1/6 spoonGinger garlic paste
  7. as required Water
  8. as required Refine oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take and peel them.Now wash them properly and cut into round shape.

    Add gram flour,all spices and required water. Mix it well.

    Now heat refined in a kadai and fry potatoes. Aloo pkodas are ready. Serve with tomato sauce.
