Ingredients

  1. 1 Cuprice
  2. 1/2 cuppods
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 2green cardamom
  6. 2cloves
  7. 1black cardamom
  8. 3whole black pepper
  9. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  10. 1bay leaf
  11. As Per TasteSalt
  12. 1 tspghee
  13. 1 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1/4 tspturmeric powder

    Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the onion and take off.

    Now again heat clarified butter/ghee in a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute for a few mins

    Add whole garam masala to crackle.
    Now add matar and saute for 4 - 5 mins. add coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix well

    Add rice and salt and mix well

    Kewra water mix into the saffron food color and add it
    Garnish with fried onion and coriander leaves and Serve hot.
