  11. 2Bay leaves
  12. 1Cinnamon stick
  13. 1Cardamom

Cooking Instructions

    Wash rice

  2. 2

    Chop all veggies finely

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a cooker

  4. 4

    Crackle cumin seeds

  5. 5

    Add bay leaves cinnamon stick cardamom

  6. 6

    Add chopped veggies saute it

  7. 7

    Add spices and salt

  8. 8

    Add rice mix it nicely

  9. 9

    Add water as required

  10. 10

    Close cooker and take 2 whistles

  11. 11

    Garnish with coriander leaves
