Cooking Instructions

Cut your chicken in desired sizes. Wash. Marinate with all the ingredients except for the sauce ingredients.

Allow to stand for some time. Minimum 35 minutes

Put chicken on the oven and grill on medium flame.

Grill on one side for about 10 minutes till well grilled

Then flip the reverse side and allow to cook till well roasted. Baste lightly with vegetable oil.

Lightly grease your oven tray with vegetable oil.

Add vegetable oil in a saucepan.

Heat a little and add your blended veggies.

Season to taste and allow to fry on medium heat.

Mix well so the chicken is well coated in the sauce.

Add your chopped spring onion.

Allow to heat up in the oven.

Bring out from the oven and serve.

Meanwhile, blend the veggies for your sauce.

Add your pepper sauce to the chicken in the oven.
