Cooking Instructions

Chop all vegetables. Make batter as shown in picture. Not so thick not so thin. Make batter little thick.

Heat tawa or pan. Apply oil. Spread batter. Make it thick. Place all vegetables top on it. Press all vegetables. Cook one side. Flip it after 1 to 2 minutes. Cook another side.

Enjoy hot with ghee, butter, tomato ketchup or coconut chutney.
