Heat a pan, add oil and cumin seeds. add ginger garlic paste. saute it well. add diced potaoes and all dry masala mentioned above. mix it well and switch off the gas

Now take two bread slices. apply butter on it firstly then green chutney on it

Apply potato masala over it. add cucumber and tomato slices on it and grated cheese
- 4
Cover it with other bread then grill it in grill toaster. cut from middle and serve with green chutney
