Masala Parathas with liquid dough! Yes! That's absolutely right. These special Parathas are made using a liquid dough instead of the normal one.
Fluffy and soft with a melt in mouth texture, these are the most happening Parathas.
Though it's a simple one, it tastes yummy.
And the best part is that it doesn't require any full fledged Curry or Gravy as a side dish. Raita and Pickle are more than enough.

You can use any of your favourite Veggies too as well as the powdered spices. The choice is absolutely one's own.
They get done pretty much quickly and without any hassles. Simple and quick plus a whole lot delicious and easy to make too. They make for a super awesome Breakfast on a lazy weekend. Or just about on any day of the Week for any of the three important meals. It's actually a great help on those low key days or those days when we actually don't want to spend a lot of time in cooking.
It's a good saviour for me. All in all, a perfect idea for easy cooking.

Ingredients

10-12 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 cupWheat Flour or Sharbati Gehun Aata
  2. 3/4 cupAll-purpose Flour or Maida
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 3 tbspchopped Coriander Leaves
  5. 2 tspOil
  6. 1 tspRed Chilli flakes
  7. 2-3chopped Green Chillies
  8. 2-3 tspchopped Garlic
  9. as neededOil or Ghee

Cooking Instructions

10-12 minutes
  1. 1

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and make a liquid dough similar to that of a Dosa batter. Not much thick nor too watery. The amount of water required remains on the quality of the Flour used.

  2. 2

Cover and set aside until the pan gets heated up. Or if not in a hurry, you can leave it on the counter for half an hour or so. It's a perfect one for an easy Dinner or any of the meals including Breakfast.

  3. 3

Now pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan or a tawa. Cook for a minute on each side flipping it. Apply a little Oil or Ghee on each side as you roast each of the Parathas. It takes 3-4 minutes for each of it to get done.

  4. 4

Serve these scrumptious Parathas with the liquid dough piping hot to your loved ones alongside some Raita and Pickle. Enjoy!
