This recipe my husband favourite morning breakfast weekly once or twice i will prepare.very healthy tasty easily prepared in your home..Mainly very light also...side dish tomato onion chutney or fish gravy(Kerala style) very good combination.my friends always prepare. Ingredients

3 hours.(pre)
5to 6people.
  1. 1.Plain white rice twocup
  2. ,2.cooked rice one cup
  3. 3.coconut grated half cup
  4. 4.coconut milk half cup
  5. 5.coconut water half cup cup
  6. ,6.salt one teaspoon
  7. 7.sugar half teaspoon
  8. 8.dry east powder half to one teaspoon
  9. 9.coconut oil for preparing neer dosa 4, teaspoon
  10. 10.eggs 2 nos(white part only)it is an optional.
  11. 11.water 2cups
  12. 12.rice powder quarter cup if needed you can mix.

Cooking Instructions

    First you you soak in water your plain rice atleast 2to 3hours it is to be soaked.you are going to prepare morning breakfast you have to dipped late evening itself.

    Morning drain the water and pour the plain rice,cooked rice,coconut (grated),salt,sugar,dry east powder,coconut milk,add coconut water everything grind in to smooth paste grind in to high speed for 7to8minute. Then take clean cotton cloth and drian the batter then you will get a smooth consistency add egg white also if you need a soft neer dosa it is purely an optional..

    Take a nin stick pan pour few drop of coconut oil then mix two glass of water mixed nicely and check your big spoon when you take a batter it should cost on the upper side of your big spoon then your batter will coat a circle round your batter is perfectly ready to pour to your non stick pan.

    Cover with a lid with 2 to 3 minute it will cook and firm the aur bubble upper side..then no need to turn your neer dosa ready eat with your favourite side dish.tidau i have prepared tomato and onion salt,sweet chutney.....
