  3. Turmeric powder half spoon
  4. Red chili powder half spoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Coriander powder half spoon

Cooking Instructions

    Wash potatoes and cut this chopped cut

    Take a big pen pour oil in it.
    When oil is hot and potatoes in it.

    Sprinkle salt in potatoes. Cover the lid cook for 15 minutes in slow flame.

    When potatoes get soft and red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder mix it well cook 5 minutes in slow flame. When potatoes gets soft and crispy turn off the flame service roti.
