Ingredients

  1. 4Mutton paye
  2. 250 gmmutton meat
  3. 2 tbspginger, garlic n chilli paste
  4. 2small garlic cloves
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2onion
  8. 1 tspblack cumin seeds
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/4 tspnutmeg powder
  12. 1/4 tspall spice powder
  13. 2 tbspkunna masala
  14. 2 tbspflour
  15. 1green chilli
  16. 8 glasswater
  17. 1/4 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash n dry trotters well..

    Now add hot water around 6 glass along with 1 tbsp ginger garlic and chilli paste,salt, turmeric, 1 onion(cut in cubes) and 2 garlic cloves (help in tender fast)..

    Cook for 4,5 hours on low flame.. leave around 2 glass of water from it.. do not dry all..

    Now in a handi heat oil..

    Add black cumin seeds n 1 onion slices..

    Fry for a min..

    Now add meat along with 2 tbsp ginger garlic and chilli paste..

    Cook for 5,6 min..

    Now add boil trotters and all dry spices along with kunna masala..

    Bhounfy well for 6,8 min..

    Now add 2 glass of trotters stock and 3,4 glass of water more(depend how much gravy you want)..

    Cook for 3 hours approximately till mutton & trotters tender completely.. keep it in low flame..

    Note: the more you cook the more flavourful it is..

    I don't use pressure cooker.. if you used then cook accordingly to it's timing.. I have no idea of cooker..

    Lastly add flour(dissolve with little water)..

    Cook for half n hour more..

    Sprinkle green chillies on top..

    Serve with naan,karak roti and lassi..

    Enjoy in brunch or dinner..
