Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsawaiyan
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. Half cup sugar
  4. 2 tbspdry milk powder
  5. Dry fruit as your choice
  6. 2cardamom
  7. 1 teasp yellow food color

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and cook sawaiyan

    Add oil and cook well

  3. 3

    Add cardamom

  4. 4

    Add 1 cup water with yellow food color

  5. 5

    Add Sugar, cook few minutes and add dry milk powder

  6. 6

    Cook on low flame

  7. 7

    Add dry fruit after that add kewra.

  8. 8

    If you want add any type of burfi. Now sweet sawaiyan are ready to eat.
