Today I have made tasty delicious protein rich nutritious kala chana / black chickpea salad. It's very easy to make. It's serve as snacks or side dish with lunch and dinner.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupblack chana
  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 2 tbspchopped cucumber
  4. 1 tbspchopped onion
  5. 1 tbspchopped tomato
  6. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  7. 2green chillies chopped
  8. As Per TasteBlack salt to taste
  9. 1/2lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Kala chana and soaked with water overnight. Then pressure cook with water and salt for 4-5 whistles.

    Now take a mixing bowl add boiled chana and all ingredients and mix it properly well. Kala Chana Salad is ready.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and Serve it.
