Chilli Con Carne
This is a great comfort food.
Steps

Add your chopped onion to the pan with your cooking oil and cook for 5mins or until it starts to turn translucent

Next add your sliced red pepper and cook for another few mins

Next add your mince and cook until its has turned brown
- 4
Add in your chopped tomatoes, kidney beans in the chilli sauce, crushed chillis, tomato puree, vinegar, and sugar bring to the boil and the simmer for 30-40min or until the sauce has started to thicken and cook down.

Serve with fluffy basmati rice, chuncky guacamole, sour cream and sprinkle with chopped red chilli and fresh coriander.
