On your stove put your pot on fire pound your tomatoes, tatase, albasa and attarhu add them to the pot and add your water also pound your groundnut and add your seasoning cover it to boil.

When it boils add your acha and stir to prevent it from making lumps at the bottom of your pot when it’s a little thick then allow it to cook and stir time to time.

Wash your spinach and cut them into medium size cut some onions too and add it to your gwate allow to simmer for 2 min and your gwate is done

Note: don’t pound your groundnut too much and also your tomatoes tatsea and attarhu. And dnt over cook your gwate it makes it less nutritious 😍
