Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlplain puffed rice
  2. 1/2 cuproasted salted chana
  3. 1/2 cupchana dal namkeen
  4. 1/2 cupsev
  5. 5-6papadi
  6. 1/4 cupdry chutney for bhel
  7. 1/4 cupfinely chopped raw mango
  8. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onions
  9. 1/4 cupfinely chopped tomato
  10. 1/4 cupfinely chopped coriander
  11. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  12. 1/2 tbsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take puffed rice, roasted salted chana, and chana dal namkeen. Add crushed papadi to it.

    Now add dry chutney, raw mango, tomato, onions, sev, lemon juice, chaat masala, and chopped coriander, mix well.

    Take chaat in serving plate. Garnish it with papadi, raw mango, tomato, and chopped coriander. Enjoy tasty street style shukha bhel. 😋😋
