Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 1 bowlwheat flour
  2. 2boiled potatoes
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1 tspfennel powder
  7. as per requirement Salt to taste
  8. 2 tspfresh coriander leaves
  9. as required Water
  10. as required Ghee/ butter
  11. as required Serving: pickle and tea

Cooking Instructions

    Make a dough adding salt and water as required. Give rest for 10 minutes. Till then mash the boiled potatoes add red chilli powder, green chilli, coriander leaves, garam masala and fennel powder and mix well and prepare balls of the stuffing.

    Take a ball of dough roll it and put stuffing and seal it. Again roll in dry flour and roll paratha. Now heat a tawa and put paratha applying ghee. Flip it and roast evenly both sides.

    Our aloo paratha is ready to serve with chutney, pickle or hot adrak chai. You can enjoy with sweet curd also.
