Basboussa is Arab cake mostly eating with glazed sugar syrup garnished with glazed coconut,but it can also be eaten plain if you aur not a fan of sugar.lol and is more delicious than normal cake.😂

Ingredients

  1. 4 cupssemonvita
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 1 cupg/nut oil
  4. 2 cupssugar
  5. 1 TSPvanilla flavour
  6. Grated coconut
  7. 4eggs
  8. 2 tinliquid peak milk

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl add every together

    Mix very well with wooden spoon or mixer

  3. 3

    Sprinkle grated coconut on the top.

  4. 4

    Grease Your baking tray or dish with oil or butter, then pour in the batter

  5. 5

    Bake in a preheated oven for 40min in a low heat of 180°celcius.
