Steps

Parboil your rice and set aside
- 2
Palm oil in a pot add chopped onions
Then add your blended pepper mix(tatashe & ata rodo)
And 3 or 4 chopped tomatoes - 3
Add your seasonings (crayfish Maggi, crayfish and salt)
Then add your smoked fish and stir all together - 4
Add your parboiled rice mix all together and add your meat stock, water and more seasoning
Then leave it to cook
Once rice is almost done, add your chopped scent leave - 5
Serve with boiled sweet corn on the side
