Ingredients

  1. 1 cuptuver dal
  2. 1tomato chopped
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 2 spoonghee
  8. 1 spoonjeera
  9. 1 pinchhing

    Take tuvar dal wash it. Add salt turmeric powder and chopped tomato and pressure cook it. After releasing pressure take out from the cooker & smash it.

    In a karchi or pan add ghee then add jeera, hing. Saute for a minute then add it into boiled dal.

    Mix well. Then add garam masala and chopped coriander. Let it boil for 5 min.

    If you want you can add tadka over it after boiling. Dal fry is ready. You can serve it with jeera rice or roti or plain rice also
