  1. For pakoda:
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  4. as per taste salt
  5. as neededoil for frying
  6. For kadhi:
  7. 2-3 tbsp besan
  8. 1 bowlcurd
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsphaldi/ turmeric powder
  11. 1 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/2 tspjeera
  13. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    For Pakoda:Add chopped onion, besan,red chilli powder,salt,hing in a mixing bowl add water make a pakoda batter,heat oil in a wok deep fry the pakode.

    Heat oil in a wok add hing and all spices and roast it now add besan,curd batter and cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes.

    Add pakoda and serve hot.
