  3. 1tomato
  4. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1 tspjeera
  8. 1 pinchhing
  9. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tspgaram masala
  12. 1 tsphaldi
  13. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  14. 1 tspamchur powder
  15. 2green chillies
  16. as per tastesalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadhai. Add oil when hot add mustard seeds, jeera, and hing When it crackles add onion. When it is translucent add ginger garlic paste.

    Cook for 5mins add boiled potato give it a stir add salt cook for 2 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves. Now it is ready. Serve with puri.

    Now add tomato and cook for 2mins add all the spices.
