  3. 3Cashew nuts
  4. 2Dates (small pieces)
  5. 2bananas
  6. 1 tsppeanut butter
  7. 1 tspsugar (optional)
  8. 1 glassmilk

    Place all ingredients on the counter, milk, banana, Almond, cashew nuts, peanut butter, sugar

    Now take a mortal pastel add almond, cashew nuts and grind well.

    Then add dates pieces and grind well.

    Take a blender add banana, almond, cashew nuts,dates pieces mixture, sugar

    Peanut butter, milk and blend well until smooth shake.

    Take a serving glass, Add prepared protein shake.

    Serve the homemade energy protein shake.
