My mother's signature dish! You must give it a try. You're surely gonna love it!
Cooking Instructions

Cut the above-mentioned vegetables as shown

Take 3-4 tbsp of oil. Add onion and fry till it turns light golden.

Add the chicken. Cook till it turns white. Add crushed red chillies, salt, garam masala and mix.

Add tomatoes and green chillies. After cooking for about 3-4 minutes. Add shan biryani masala in a well stir bowl of yogurt. Add this yogurt mixture to your chicken.

Cook it well for 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile you probably have boiled your rice with 1/2 tsp salt. Better to add less salt as it is already present in chicken and biryani masala.

Now in another pot, add a layer of rice. Put about 1/3rd of the cooked chicken, lemon as shown. Add orange colour. Then repeat the process making three such layers as shown.

Add colour. Cover it thoroughly. And leave it to be cooked on extremely low flame for about 10 to 12 minutes.

Open the lid after 10-12 minutes, mix lightly. And your biryani is ready to serve.
