Sweet potato in orange juice

This style of sweet potato 🍠. I learned from my mother-in-law. Chatpati, a tangy and sweet creation we usually make in December when sweet potatoes and oranges are in full swing
Cooking Instructions

Wash Sweet potatoes properly and put it in a pot with water. Boil it.

Mean while prepare juice. Take out fresh Orange juice and pour in a mug. Add sat and sugar first.

The add chaat masala, black salt and red chilli powder.

Mix it well. Cut the boil sweet potato into cubes and pour the tangy and spicy orange juice in it. Mix it and refrigerate it for half an hour to one.

Serve cold and enjoy winters🤗
