Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. For masala
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. as required Ghee for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Knead the dough using the above ingredients.

    Let the dough rest for 10mins.

  3. 3

    Take one small portion of dust in dry flour & roll a thin chapati.

  4. 4

    Apply some ghee on chapati sprinkle the masala & roll like we use to make Fan in childhood time.

    Make a small ball.. press little & roll like a parantha.

  6. 6

    Heat tawa & put the paratha.

  7. 7

    Flip & apply ghee & cook from both sides.

  8. 8

    Enjoy with pickle.
