Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupwheat flour
  2. 3 tbspghee residue
  3. 3-4cardamom
  4. 1/4-1/2 cupsugar
  5. 20almonds
  6. 2 tbspGhee/unsalted butter
  7. 2 tbspmilk
  8. Pinchbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Grind sugar, almonds and cardamom together in a grinder.

    Take wheat flour, grinded mixture, pinch of baking soda and ghee residue in a big bowl. Add ghee and crumble well. Add milk as required and assemble as a dough. Don't knead

    Meanwhile preheat oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
    Roll into small balls, make cookies. Give desired shape.

    Bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees till 15-18 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy with your cup of milk.
