Ingredients

  1. 250 gmsgreen peas
  2. 250 gmscarrots
  3. 3-4potatoes
  4. 4-5onions
  5. 1 tbsp (3 g)paste
  6. 1 tbspkashimiri red chilli powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1-2 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsphing
  12. 1 tspkasuri methi powder
  13. 2 tspoil
  14. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  15. 1 tspcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Clean, wash and chop the carrots and potatoes. Peel the peas.

    Take a cooker, add oil, hing, 3g paste, and onions. Saute till done. Add the dry spices. Add Kasuri methi powder.

    Then add the veggies. Saute on high flame. Add water as required. Now cover the lid and give 3 whistles.

    When done remove it in a serving dish and garnish it with coriander leaves. Enjoy it with hot roti/phulkas/paranthas.
