Ingredients

  1. 500 GmsGooseberry
  2. 100 GmsSugar
  3. 1 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  4. 1 tspKashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  5. 1 tspBlack Salt
  6. PinchAsofoetida
  7. as per requirementSalt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Steam Goosebery 10-15 min.in a cooker not to whistle. Transfer in a plate. Allow it to cool.
    Remove seeds.

    Add sugar mix it well and cover for 1-2days.
    Take in a strainer and strain sugar water. (Not to throw.Keep in a fridge and use to make lemon juice or any mojito)

    Mix Red chilli powder black pepper powder black salt salt asofoetida.Mix properly. And Store in jar.Keep in a refrigerator.
    Tasty Masala Amla chips is ready.
