Chilli Paneer Dry is an Indo-Chinese starter dish. This dish is usually served as a starter in restaurants or at any event. A Chinese sauce is used in this dish made from paneer, onion and capsicum. This starter turns out to be very tasty for everyone, young and old.
Cooking Instructions

Cut a big cube of paneer into small pieces.

Add maida, corn flour and pepper powder to a bowl to make a batter to coat the paneer.

Add salt and soya sauce according to taste.

Add some water and mix well to make a slurry.
- 5
Add the prepared paneer pieces to it and mix it properly.

Arrange the cheese slices on a plate and place in the freezer to set for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Apply some oil in a non-stick pan and fry these pieces. And then this piece is to be kept aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, onion, ginger and chilli.

Then add large pieces of capsicum and mix well.

Now add soya sauce, chili sauce and vinegar.

Add salt to taste, chopped spring onion leaves and chopped spring onion.

Mix everything well and add the prepared paneer pieces to it and mix it well.

So here Chilli Paneer Dry is ready to serve.
